The Association announced the availability of a new Tenant Portal in September 2015 that delivers online access to key services for customers in both the English and Welsh languages.

A number of customers are currently taking advantage of this new service and are seeing the benefits of being able to access information directly using any device (mobile or smartphone, tablet and desktop computer).

The services customers can access are:

  • Online rent balances and access to full rent statements;
  • Pay rent (via the AllPay service);
  • Log repair requests and view the repairs history;
  • Log and monitor progress with Anti-Social Behaviour incidents, estate issues, complaints etc.;
  • Update personal details, preferences and contact details.

To access the Tenant Portal, you need to use the following address:

https://portal.mid-walesha.co.uk

To successfully create an account and start using the service, you will need to go through a simple registration process, creating a unique username and password.

To register, you will need the following information:

a) Tenancy Reference;
b) Surname;
c) Date of Birth.
